Buy a Tree from the Boy Scouts — 3 East Side Locations!

“We buy our tree from Troop One every year and have never been disappointed. Buying from the Scouts has become our family tradition.” — The Kratsios family

Each December for as long as anyone can remember, Troop One Manhattan’s Boy Scouts have been selling Christmas trees — beautiful Fraser firs, fresh cut and fragrant. Each tree helps fund the troop’s monthly campouts (think bonfires and tents), and Boy Scout summer camp (more bonfires and tents). Though located in Manhattan, the troop is comprised of boys from every borough. Our troop does not discriminate against anyone. And it is such an active group, it advances more Eagle Scouts than any other troop in New York City. The Boy Scouts and their trees are a familiar sight on wintry street corners. In December 2014, they sold trees at these locations:

56th St. and 1st Ave.
72nd St. and 1st Ave.
79th St. and 3rd Ave.

Tree prices:

5-6 feet: $65

6-7 feet: $75
7-8 feet: $85
8-9 feet: $95

Additional options:

Tree stand: $30
Wreath: $25
